TASKIMATION allows users to visually select target locations using an interactive map. Users can drop a pin, define a radius (e.g., 3km, 5km), select their niche (education, real estate, services, etc.), and automatically scrape publicly available business data within that area. Extracted data is structured into actionable leads inside the platform.
AI Lead Structuring, Qualification & WhatsApp Verification
All scraped leads pass through an AI-driven qualification system that scores prospects based on relevance, activity signals, and data completeness. Phone numbers are validated against WhatsApp, ensuring outreach is performed only on active, reachable contacts. Only verified WhatsApp numbers are counted as usable leads for campaigns.
WhatsApp Connection & Messaging Infrastructure

For every qualified lead, TASKIMATION generates unique, context-aware WhatsApp messages by combining lead data with the trained business profile. Messages are dynamically written per lead — no fixed templates — resulting in higher engagement and natural-feeling conversations.
Smart Automated Follow-Ups
Follow-ups are fully configurable per campaign. Users can define the number of follow-ups (1–5) and delays between each. If a lead replies, all future follow-ups automatically stop. If there’s no response, AI-generated follow-ups are sent based on campaign rules.
AI Intent Detection & Conversation Control
TASKIMATION continuously monitors incoming replies and classifies intent (positive, negative, requesting more info, not interested). Follow-ups are automatically paused for positive or negative responses, ensuring respectful and intelligent engagement. Users can take manual control of any conversation at any time without disrupting automation.

TASKIMATION is engineered with three execution modes for safe development, testing, and production deployment:

Simulates the entire system without sending real messages or consuming API credits. Messages, webhooks, replies, metrics, and inbox behavior are fully simulated while maintaining production-level logic. - SUB-TEST MODE
Uses real lead scraping, WhatsApp validation, and real accounts but suppresses actual message delivery. Outbound messages are stored instead of sent, enabling safe testing with real data. - PRODUCTION MODE
