Challenges Faced & Final Results
One of the major challenges faced during the development of Hiresphere was ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience across both candidate and recruiter profiles. Designing separate onboarding processes for each role required careful consideration of the data to be collected and how it would affect future interactions. Additionally, implementing a subscription-based model with different tiers posed complexity in terms of managing limits on job applications and postings, while maintaining flexibility for users to upgrade. Real-time updates for candidates and recruiters, particularly around job applications and statuses such as “selected” or “rejected,” required tight integration between the frontend and backend to deliver timely notifications without delays.
The final result is a dynamic and user-friendly platform that effectively bridges the gap between job seekers and employers. Hiresphere stands out with its ability to handle multiple candidates applying for a single job, providing recruiters with easy access to all applicants’ profiles and CVs. Candidates and recruiters can manage their accounts, make edits, or delete their profiles with ease. The activity tab enhances the user experience by keeping candidates informed of their application status, while the flexible subscription tiers ensure that users can choose the level of service that best fits their needs. Hiresphere is now a robust job portal that empowers users to navigate the job market more efficiently and effectively.
